Non-Refundable Deposits:

All deposits are strictly non-refundable. By placing a deposit, you commit to the purchase of the instrument. We will contact you before production to confirm your order specs, and make any corrections necessary.

Cancellation Before Completion:

If you choose not to proceed with the purchase upon completion of the guitar, we will work with you to find a solution.

General Returns - Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Shipping Damage:

If the guitar sustains significant damage during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Defective Products:

If a new product is defective beyond what is considered repairable by a qualified local technician (e.g., issues beyond a standard setup or minor electronic adjustments), it may be eligible for return.

Prototype and B-Stock Items:

These items are sold "as-is" and are non-returnable unless they arrive in a condition significantly different from the description provided at the time of sale. 

Return Window:

No returns will be accepted after 7 days from the date of receiving the guitar

Additional Notes:

• Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping any items back.
  
  
• Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be subject to restocking fees or denial of return

Shipping rates can vary depending on your location, product size and service method for delivery. These shipping rates can change and we will notify you same or next business day if the shipping rate will be different from what it shows online.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Build times can vary based on the time of year, the model you order, and the options you select. Instruments with more elaborate options can take longer than instruments with more basic options.

There are no changes allowed to an order once the order has been placed in production. Therefore, please be sure of your Custom Shop guitar or bass options prior to placing your order. We will follow up with you before building, to confirm your specs are correct, or to see if you need any changes before starting your build.
